What are the sizes?
- Keychains are 2", 2.5" or 3". Please see descriptions for sizing availability.
- Badge reels are 1.5", 2" or 2.5". Please see descriptions for sizing availability.
- Glass Cups/Tumblers: 16oz and 25oz
- Stainless Steel cups: 20oz
How long will my badge reel last?
The life span for them are typically anywhere from 3-4 months.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! Please send me a message via our Contact tab and I'd be more than happy to assist with your custom order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
Do I offer MRI safe badge reels?
Yes! I am currently updating my website (09/17/22) and will hopefully have all listings updated with the new reels.
What reels do you currently use?
We currently have retractable alligator and belt clip available. They are from Specialty ID.
WARRANTY?
— If your badge reel starts to malfunction within 30 days of delivery and all care instructions had been followed, I will replace it. I will not replace a badge reel or badge buddy after 30 days for any reason.
— A non-beaded standard badge reel should last around 3-4 months or much longer if taken care of properly.
— A standard badge reel with beads added to it should last around 2-3 months if taken care of properly.
— The max weight a standard badge reel should hold is 2 oz. Having multiple ID’s or other items on your badge reel will cause strain on the nylon cord and will over time cause it to malfunction and therefore the warranty will be voided.
